Customer Care Master Class hits the button

Delivering a great customer experience is the new trend.

On Wednesday 4th June, there was a full house for the Woking Chamber of Commerce Master Class on ‘How to deliver Legendary Customer Care’ presented by Chris Lane and John Heather of PTS Business Consultancy.

Eighteen Chamber members and guests attended the event at Export House, Woking and heard Chris talk about his experiences at the ‘coal face’ delivering customer care to his 6000+ members at the former Chris Lane Tennis and Health Club, while his partner John Heather, approached the subject from a strategic perspective – getting management to understand the importance of the subject and learning how to put customer care into practice across an entire organisation.

After the event Chris said ‘We  were delighted with the response and  clearly the link between Customer  Care , management and the provision of outstanding Customer Experience is right on the money . Two people have asked us to do the Seminar at their premises and a further five have asked  us to do the free Internal Customer Seminar  for their companies  .

In all the years I have been doing these seminars I have never sensed as positive an interest within the UK as there is now to  the whole question of the Customer Experience ‘.
