Helping businesses boost productivity by reducing stress, improving nutrition, and promoting movement—creating a happier, Mentally Healthier workplace.

I am a Nutritional Coach with a Diploma in Culinary Medicine, a Mental Welfare Coach, and a Hypnotherapist, dedicated to helping businesses create healthier, happier, and more productive workplaces. With over 32 years of experience in the police, I understand firsthand the impact of stress, long hours, and high-pressure environments on mental and physical health.

Through Mentally Healthier, I provide tailored workplace well-being solutions that focus on reducing stress, improving nutrition, and encouraging movement. My approach is practical, accessible, and designed to support both leadership and employees in fostering a positive work environment.

What I Offer:

✅ Stress Management & Resilience Training – Helping employees recognise and manage stress before it leads to burnout.

✅ Nutrition for Energy & Focus – Simple, effective dietary strategies to improve mental clarity and workplace performance, while also helping to avoid modern-day ailments and diseases.

✅ Encouraging Movement – Promoting an active work culture to enhance well-being and reduce fatigue.

✅ Workshops, Talks & Bespoke Programmes – Customised well-being solutions to fit the unique needs of your business.

By investing in employee well-being, businesses can reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, and improve retention, creating a workplace where staff thrive.

In addition to my corporate work, I am also the founder of CPTSDrelief.co.uk, providing affordable mental health support to emergency services personnel, ensuring they get the help they need without financial barriers.

Food, Mood & Your Child’s Anxiety

Tired, stressed or worried about your child’s anxiety?

You’re not alone. As a parent who’s lived through the panic attacks, sleepless nights and helplessness that come with supporting an anxious child, I know how overwhelming it feels – especially with NHS support stretched to its limits.

But there are things you can do right now.

I’m Rik Stevens – a Nutrition Coach, Mental Welfare Coach and seasoned parent who’s now out the other side with adult children. I’m hosting an online session (£5) to share what I’ve learned, both professionally and personally, about how food affects mood, why anxiety is on the rise, and what actually helps during a panic attack.
